Performance time is approximately two hours in length, plus an intermission of 15 minutes.

The performance is designed for the sanctuary of a church, although in some cases it is appropriate for a meeting hall or stage.  The lighting is designed to support the drama, and also to give the audience an opportunity to see their church lighted in a special way.

Into The Light Productions travels with a full compliment of lighting and sound equipment.  In most cases, there is no need to use the church sound system.  When necessary, it is possible for us to provide an audio feed to the church sound system; this requires access to your sound panel.

We need the afternoon from 1:00pm on to set up and test the lighting and sound equipment in the space.  We prefer to close the church or space to the public until one hour before the event.  We provide music 30 minutes before starting.

Funding for a performance is contingent up on several factors, such as the size of a congregation, the geographical location, and the time of year.  We do not charge for travel (we drive the country) or air fare when we arrange the tour to your area, but we do charge air fare if we come to solely to you.  We require two nights accommodation for two people.

Publicity material will be prepared specifically for your community to help you promote the event.  Material includes copy and graphics for bulletins, newsletters and newspapers; masters for tickets, programs and posters; photographs and quality .jpeg digital images for publicity photos.
